A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and efficient service to both pet owners and their pets. Your responsibilities will include taking reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues both in person and via phone.


In this role, you will warmly welcome clients, attentively listen to their needs, and ensure that all instructions regarding their pets are followed. You will also manage billing and cash reports with precision and care. Given the nature of our business, you will assist with pet care as needed, thriving in a lively environment filled with pets and people.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer use, including in-house software and Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to learn and retain information accurately
  • Compassionate handling of animals
  • Genuine passion for customer service and animal care

While prior experience in a pet resort or similar setting is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, be reliable, punctual, and have excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.


WORK SCHEDULE


Consistency is vital for our operations, and minimal absenteeism is crucial. Our front office operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays, with additional hours on every other Saturday and Sunday for scheduled pick-ups.
