As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients mitigate potential risks and achieve their goals.

Job Overview
This role involves assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage for homes, vehicles, and businesses. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement customized risk management plans. Additionally, you will handle policy renewals, updates, and general customer service with professionalism. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional service and peace of mind to our clients.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in insurance and sales (Property & Casualty license required). Commercial insurance experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. A genuine desire to help others and deliver outstanding customer service is essential.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Plus incentives.
