Job Summary:
The Project Operations Specialist at White-Spunner Construction plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project finances, overseeing submittal processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive project completion. Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction. Coordinate with the estimating team to develop scopes of work and bid packages. Assist with proposal preparation and submission to clients. Conduct site orientations for subcontractors and coordinate preconstruction meetings. Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and submit progress reports and meeting minutes to stakeholders. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in construction project coordination or a related field is an asset. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and company communication tools. Familiarity with construction industry software is an asset. Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including evenings and weekends. Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
