Job Title: Lead Structural Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Structural Engineering Specialist to join our team at Genesis Aspire Partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and leading the structural design and analysis of various construction projects, ensuring the safety, durability, and efficiency of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structural Analysis and Design: Perform complex structural analysis and design for buildings, bridges, and other structures, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.">
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to junior engineers and drafters, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to industry standards.">
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.">
  • Construction Documentation: Develop and review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.">
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site visits and assessments to verify structural integrity and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.">
  • Project Meetings: Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction planning, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.">
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software and tools for design and analysis, including AutoCAD and other related software.">
  • Report Preparation: Prepare technical reports and documentation, providing clear and concise information on project progress and outcomes.">
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.">

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.">
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required for this role.">
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project completions.">
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of structural analysis and design principles, as well as industry-standard software and tools.">
