Supply Chain Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Program Specialist to join our team at BlueBin. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our innovative inventory management systems in healthcare settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of Lean principles.

About the Role
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with teammates and foster a cooperative work environment.
  2. Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions using BlueBin concepts and tools.
  3. Workspace and System Management: Maintain an organized workspace and understand the BlueBin system comprehensively.
  4. Rack Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install racks and hardware accurately according to SOPs.
  5. Labeling and Inventory Management: Ensure accurate labeling and efficient bin fitting for inventory.
  6. System Implementation and Support: Assist with system installations and provide post-installation support and training.
  7. Gemba Walks and Improvement: Conduct Gemba walks to observe, gather feedback, and improve processes.
  8. Engineering Space Layout: Create accurate room layouts and develop space optimization plans.
  9. Quality Control: Perform final quality checks on racks to minimize errors.
  10. Technology Proficiency: Use BlueQ technology and Excel efficiently for data management and reporting.
  11. Training and Leadership: Train new team members and lead daily build tasks to maintain project momentum.
  12. Post-Install Training: Conduct training sessions for end users on system use and inventory management.
  13. Inventory Monitoring: Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
Qualifications:
  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
