The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with professional certification relevant to the line of business. A minimum of five years of experience in claims management is required, with expertise in analyzing complex claims, negotiating settlements, and managing reserves.

You'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure timely resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority levels and calculating reserves to manage claim costs.
• Coordinating vendor referrals for additional investigation and litigation management, as well as subrogation and recovery efforts.
• Maintaining accurate claim files and coding, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
