Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to ensure the stable and secure operability of our managed solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer expert technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to our vector database products and SaaS offering.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop Support Tooling: Design and extend our support tooling, including database and cloud operations.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotations: Contribute to 24/7 support coverage for critical issues.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their unique use cases and provide effective solutions.
  • Support Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation.
  • Automation: Participate in developing tools to automate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Go or Python.
  • Kubernetes Experience: Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Experience working in a customer-facing support role.
  • On-Call Experience: Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in EMEA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vector Database Knowledge: Familiarity with vector databases or similar data storage technologies.
  • Cloud Platform Experience: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • DevOps Experience: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
