- New Client Onboarding: Complete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and Financial Advisors.
- Case Management: Submit cases into workflow and follow through to funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Manage CRM and pipeline entry, maintaining up-to-date records and providing insights to support business growth.
- Operational Expertise: Sustain expertise on operational processes and systems, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Understanding of Banking and Wealth Management: Possess a solid understanding of general banking and wealth management services, including industry regulations and compliance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, Financial Advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
- Self-Motivation and Organization: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Personal Integrity and Adaptability: Continuously exhibit personal integrity, professional initiative, and a highly adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Teamwork and Relationship-Building: A track record of working effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with teammates, business partners, and specialists.
- College Degree or Equivalent: A college degree in a business-related field preferred or a High School Degree/GED with a minimum 3 or more years industry experience.
- Industry Licenses: A combination of Life and Health, Series 6, and/or Life and Health, SIE licenses required.
- Series 7 and 66 Licenses: Must be able to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within a specific timeframe.
- Hours per Week: 40 hours per week.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
