Job Summary

A leading Real Estate Investment company, Procom, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions by analyzing investment opportunities and supporting critical financial decisions. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Capital Markets, this role is pivotal in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwriting: Analyze new investment opportunities and pools of Freddie Mac loans in K-series securitizations to identify potential risks and rewards.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop cash flow models for refinancing, acquisitions, and capital improvement projects to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct financial and market analysis to value potential property investments and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Financing & Investor Relations: Prepare lender packages and investment materials for the Investment Committee and external investors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Decision Support: Conduct NPV analysis to evaluate financing alternatives and their impact on ROI, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor real estate and financial markets, interest rates, and economic trends to assess risk and identify investment opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with brokers, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and achieve business objectives.
  • Special Projects: Provide ad hoc analytical support and conduct special studies to aid Executive Management decisions and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or investments. Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience also acceptable.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and strong analytical abilities. Experience with rent rolls, Skyline, and accounting software is a plus.
