Senior Financial Analyst

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Analyze new investment opportunities and pools of Freddie Mac loans in K-series securitizations.
  • Develop cash flow models for refinancing, acquisitions, and capital improvement projects.
  • Assist in conducting financial and market analysis to value potential property investments.
  • Prepare lender packages and investment materials for the Investment Committee and external investors.
  • Conduct NPV analysis to evaluate financing alternatives and their impact on ROI.
  • Monitor real estate and financial markets, interest rates, and economic trends to assess risk and identify investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth execution of property transactions.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support and conduct special studies to aid Executive Management decisions.


**Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, financial services, or investments. Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience also acceptable.
  • Advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and strong analytical abilities. Experience with rent rolls, Skyline, and accounting software is a plus.

  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical analysis, and financial ratios.
