We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Advance Community Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols.

About the Role:

  • Manage patient flow and monitor daily activities in the mobile clinic, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with the mobile clinic coordinator to deliver high-quality services, meeting the needs of patients and providers.
  • Perform various administrative and clinical tasks, including obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vital signs, and laboratory results.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and assist providers during medical procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to multitask.

What You Will Need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with certification from a medical assistant program or military medical corpsman program.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, with familiarity with electronic medical health care record systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
