Compensation Overview
Our first-year Advocate Agents typically earn between $60,000 and $70,000, with the top 20% reaching earnings of $90,000. Your bonuses are uncapped, allowing for limitless potential.
Your Responsibilities
As an Advocate Agent, you will act as a reliable authority on Medicare insurance, collaborating with leading carriers such as Humana, Anthem, and UnitedHealthcare. Your mission is to connect clients with insurance plans that align with their needs and financial considerations.
Our sales philosophy emphasizes that our top performers should focus on what they excel at—selling. You will primarily manage incoming calls from consumers eager to reduce their Medicare costs and enhance their benefit coverage, while also expanding your client base through proactive outreach.
Requirements for Success
To commence this role, you must possess an active Health insurance license.
