Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to achieve store sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining above-average quality of sale.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and comply with brand standards.
  • Help monitor store security and report any discrepancies.
  • Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise.
  • Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
  • Operate a computer and cash register.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
  • Frequent bending and twisting at neck and waist.
