Key Responsibilities
* Provide direction and leadership for continuous improvement initiatives
* Develop and lead a high-performing team
* Deliver the company's business objectives
* Nurture relationships with existing key customers and vendor partners
* Ongoing coaching, training, mentoring, motivating, and developing sales and operations associates
* Oversee sales strategy, including integration of sales growth, pricing analysis, and market segment share objectives
* Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and functional leaders to identify and execute strategic goals and objectives
* Resolve customer or employee issues with a sense of urgency, respect, and fairness to the company
* Work with Human Resources to develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans
* Lead by example, demonstrating commitment, expertise in processes, and a strong work ethic
* Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of all company assets
* All other duties and responsibilities as directed and required
Requirements
* A minimum of 10 years' experience at Kraft Tank Corporation and/or a related industry
* A minimum of 10 years' experience of combined sales, operations, and/or leadership required
* Experience managing P&L preferred
* Strong project management and time management skills
* Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in Salesforce or similar systems
* Highly proficient in Office 365 applications
* Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communications
* Ability to meet deadlines
* A positive can-do attitude
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
* May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, crouch, or crawl for long periods
* Computer work as needed in an office setting to keep the department running efficiently
* Travel as needed to other locations by vehicle, plane, or train
