Sales Director

At Historic Roswell Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director - Community Outreach to join our team. This role is responsible for generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads, as well as providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our community
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service
Requirements:
- Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
