Job Summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts in the Southeast Region. This is a full-time position that requires 100% travel and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a dynamic sales strategy, managing a team of sales specialists, and driving revenue growth for our communities.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our communities
  • Manage a team of sales specialists to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct site visits to communities to identify opportunities and provide coaching and support to sales teams
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales and marketing reports to the community Executive Director and Phoenix senior operations team
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations and Community Engagement Directors to identify external business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a regional sales capacity with multisite/multistate portfolios
  • Previous experience working with the elderly and/or disabled in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including frequent overnight travel
