At Historic Roswell Place Assisted Living and Memory Care, we are committed to celebrating and enhancing all lives with kindness and integrity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Sales Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and closing high-quality leads, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks, and have the ability to accept directives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks
