Studio Director

At BODY20 East Cobb and Roswell, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, including sales, profitability, and staff development. This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates and coaches to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
• Manage studio operations, including inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
• Host regular staff meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to support team development

• 3-5 years of senior sales experience in retail, box gym, or boutique fitness segments
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with proven results
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum experience operating businesses with annual revenue of $500,000 or higher
