Job Overview

Top Aces Corp. is in search of a skilled F-16 maintenance CREW CHIEF technician. Candidates must possess substantial experience with F-16 aircraft.


PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily flight operations and maintenance tasks for the F-16 aircraft.
  • Utilize specialized training to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain all electro-mechanical systems and components, including structural repairs at the organizational maintenance level.
  • Manage maintenance activities on assigned aircraft, encompassing major maintenance and assisting with Periodical Inspections.
  • Ensure accountability of all tools and equipment before and after work sessions, adhering to FOD principles.
  • Conduct line maintenance, servicing, and inspection-level maintenance tasks as directed.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold a USAF 5 level certification or equivalent with documented experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fighter aircraft maintenance setting.
  • Proven qualifications in related maintenance disciplines.
  • Experience in ground handling, minor maintenance, and servicing.
  • Prior experience in establishing maintenance work environments.
  • Strong history of success in complex assignments requiring significant judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook).

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Associate degree is highly preferred; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is an advantage.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to stand, sit, talk, walk, and hear. Occasionally, they must climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms. The role may require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are necessary.

Employees will work in both office and outdoor environments, frequently near moving mechanical parts and vibrations, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, and other weather conditions. Occasional work in high places and exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and electrical hazards may occur. Noise levels can be very loud at times.

Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
