- Manage the assembly and repair of non-clinical and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks as needed.
- Assist in inventory management by ordering and maintaining necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
- Act as the Life Safety officer and provide orientation for new staff regarding building systems and safety protocols.
