Our mission is to support those affected by incidents related to defense work or acts of terrorism. We strive to provide guidance and facilitate claims that can range from $10,000 to $100,000 USD, ensuring our services remain free for those in need. Our commitment extends globally, and we take pride in our high success rate in securing benefits for our clients, regardless of when the injury occurred. Both physical and psychological injuries are eligible for our assistance.

Role Responsibilities:

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, either full-time or part-time, with adaptable hours. As a Customer Service Representative/Lead Facilitator at Jobs for Humanity, your role will involve supporting two primary groups: 1) civilians injured while working for U.S. defense-related companies, or the families of those who have lost their lives in such circumstances; 2) individuals affected by specific terrorist acts.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Educating and engaging with clients impacted by injuries or loss.
  • Guiding clients through the claims process.
  • Assisting in identifying eligible individuals and families for compensation support.

Target Audience:

You will be helping connect with:
  • Civilian contractors from various countries (U.S. citizenship not required).
  • Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.
  • Gold Star Families and civilian contractors, even those already receiving benefits.
Examples of professions these individuals may have held include:
  • Construction workers on U.S. government-funded projects worldwide.
  • Heavy Equipment Operators on military bases or ports.
  • Drivers supplying U.S. Forces.
  • Linguists or Translators supporting military operations globally.
  • Security Personnel in government projects.
  • Food Services Personnel on military bases.
Types of injuries they may have sustained include:
  • Any physical injury.
  • Death.
  • Mental health issues (PTSD, Depression, Anxiety).
  • Sleep disturbances, including nightmares and insomnia.
  • Suicidal thoughts or recurring flashbacks of traumatic events.
