Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for production application issues, including incident management and coordination with problem management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Work with partner teams to address process gaps, technology gaps, or stability concerns.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Application support, AppDynamics, and/or Dynatrace, Unix/Windows, Remedy, Jira.
  • 1+ Years of hands-on experience in Application support.
  • Client, AppDynamics, and/or Dynatrace.
  • Server - Unix and Windows (API interaction).
  • Previous experience with Remedy and Jira.
  • Able to work in a complex environment with little management oversight.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues using Netscout or other related tools.
  • Experience supporting .NET applications, Java, WebSphere, noSQL databases.
  • ITIL Certification.
