EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) in healthcare, human services, business administration, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years in a leadership role within healthcare, human services, or non-profit sectors, including staff supervision, is essential. Experience in non-profit management, development, and fundraising is also required.
Completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening is mandatory upon acceptance of a conditional offer.
