Job Summary

Garden Park Health Care Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the physical building and property, safety program, preventative maintenance plan, and building repairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, and possess effective written and verbal communication. Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is an added benefit. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of NFPA99 and strong organizational skills and time management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the overall physical building and property, safety program, preventative maintenance plan, and building repairs.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the facility's infrastructure is well-maintained and safe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA99 and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
