Job Title: Facilities Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a part-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to join our team at TDG Facilities, LLC. As a Facilities Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Cleaning Technician will work independently to perform daily cleaning tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting and cleaning hard surfaces, vacuuming and sweeping floors, and emptying trash receptacles. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and communication skills, and the ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting and cleaning hard surfaces, vacuuming and sweeping floors, and emptying trash receptacles.
  • Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Dust and clean hard surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum and sweep floors, including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
  • Clean and vacuum carpets.
  • Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
  • Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
  • Perform periodic stripping and waxing of floors (seasonal).
  • Restock supplies.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Commercial janitorial experience a plus.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
