Job Opportunity

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a skilled Facility Site Lead to support our facility in the Greater Cincinnati area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, including preventative maintenance and general repairs. If you have a strong background in maintenance, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee maintenance tasks, including light plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
  • Support customer work order requests and manage a team of dedicated delivery staff
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, including participation in client meetings
  • Use computer systems to modify and monitor work order management
  • Work with the operations manager to maintain the facility within approved budgets

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Self-management skills and ability to perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
