Facility Site Lead

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our customer sites in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide maintenance support, including light electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance services
  • Manage light HVAC and carpentry duties, including painting, patching, drywall, and man door repairs
  • Oversee staff and tasks, ensuring safe, efficient, and proper completion
  • Support fire system tests and inspections, and maintain detailed records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
  • Maintain site supplies inventory, including periodic ordering, and develop and maintain client relationships
  • Use a computer to modify and monitor work orders within a work order management system, and work with account leaders to maintain facilities within approved budgets
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial facilities maintenance and support
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues and communicate effectively with a wide range of personnel
  • Self-management and performance of essential duties beyond satisfaction
