Job Description

Spieldenner Financial Group is a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions. Our core focus areas include ensuring timely payments to agents, maintaining cost-effectiveness, and providing comprehensive training and support to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: Establishing connections with potential clients who have previously expressed interest in our services and scheduling meetings to discuss their mortgage protection needs.
  • Research: 4-5 hours per week: Conducting in-depth analysis of client information to tailor solutions that meet their financial requirements in the event of a death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: Engaging with clients either virtually or in-person to present options, discuss coverage details, and facilitate application processes.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week: Following up with insurance carriers to expedite client applications through underwriting.

Compensation:

  • This position is a commission-only based sales role. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we also offer a selection of premium financial products to help individuals save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts from market losses.
