Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support and case consultation to business partners regarding potential sales opportunities.
- Assist business partners throughout the sales cycle until they are paid, including help with licensing, contracting, and new business assistance.
- Maintain contact with business partners through follow-up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials sent to them.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior industry experience is preferred. Must have one year of phone sales experience.
- Iowa Insurance license required within 90 days.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Must be able to handle customer interactions with confidence and tact
- Effectively use methods to accomplish more in less time
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong listening skills
