Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns as needed
  • Handle incoming calls, online, and in-person booking requests, while responding to questions regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests

Administrative Duties:
Ensure all guest account information is precise and current

  • Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee guest rooms are prepared
  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, provide room keys and numbers, and securely record payment information

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong time management, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative
