Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Apex Branch office team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks and projects, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer daily operations, including data entry, report preparation, and document management
  • Support team members with onboarding, training, and general inquiries
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available
  • Participate in team-building events and philanthropic activities to promote collaboration and camaraderie among colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school degree or higher
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation
