Rental Operations Coordinator Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at The Home Depot.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for coordinating rental operations, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rental inventory, including tracking equipment availability and condition.
  • Process rental transactions, including logging repairs and work orders, generating contracts, and taking deposits.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as equipment rental or customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year.
