Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. as an Asst Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of front-of-house staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Monitor and control cash flow, inventory, and security of assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to provide an exceptional dining experience, ensuring consistency and quality in all aspects of food and beverage service.
  • Work closely with the marketing and player development teams to prepare for special events and group functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular inspections of front-of-house areas to ensure compliance with procedures, security of company assets, and guest and employee safety.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive guest relations.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent, with 6 years of restaurant service experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Or, a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 3 years of restaurant service experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Prior experience opening new properties/outlets is strongly preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
