**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Citywide Scattered Site Housing Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve contract goals and objectives.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet contract requirements and provide high-quality services to clients.
  • Conduct regular client progress reviews and provide crisis counseling as needed.
  • Prepare and submit contract reports and statistical information to CAMBA management and funders.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President on programmatic and operational matters and with the Executive Vice President on clinical matters.
  • Attend staff, funder, and outside agency meetings as requested.
  • Review and sign time sheets, and prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and two (2) years of applicable experience or,
  • Licensed Master's Degree in Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and one (1) year of applicable experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Relevant experience in a mid-sized organization.
  • Knowledge about, understanding of, and ability to work closely with persons Chronically Homeless, and or living with HIV/AIDS and related issues.
  • Familiarity with housing in congregate/transitional settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

**Compensation and Benefits**

CAMBA offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $70,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
