Job Overview

Columbia Gorge Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Development Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer satisfaction experience, you will be responsible for setting up appointments for sales and service, as well as following up with our current customers.


Responsibilities
  • Inbound sales calls and scheduling appointments
  • Outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a focus on MAGIC skills
  • Tracking calls and following word scripts
  • Utilizing manufacturer product knowledge to enhance customer experience

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Multi-line phone skills and previous customer service experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and team player attitude
  • Excellent follow-through skills and good computer skills
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
