Vice President of Administrative Services Leadership Position

About the Role
Columbia Gorge Community College seeks a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Administrative Services to lead the Administrative Services division. As the college's Chief Financial Officer, this individual will be responsible for overseeing fiscal operations, budgeting, and financial planning, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements and college policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial and operational strategies to support the college's priorities and goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and talent management of staff within the Administrative Services unit.
- Provide leadership and support for contract negotiations, policy monitoring, and purchasing.
- Cultivate relationships with business, community, industry, municipal, and higher education leaders to leverage community partnerships and business relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and standards of fund accounting and budget audits for public colleges and universities.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience implementing/managing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software.
- Experience promoting equity-minded policies and practices.
