Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, establish success criteria, and determine resource needs.
  • Manage project risk, escalate issues to leadership as needed, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project implementation, outcomes, and cost effectiveness.
  • Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure project outcomes align with client care and operational goals.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement in clinical and operational effectiveness, implementing solutions that drive better client and operational outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Two years' experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
  • Valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License, with an acceptable driving record and insurance for occasional client service purposes and travel between business offices.
