Collaborates with subject matter experts to assess the training requirements of the target audience, employing established instructional design principles to enhance material creation and ensure effective learning outcomes. Engages with stakeholders to understand business goals and identify opportunities for creating impactful learning solutions. Designs intellectually stimulating and engaging educational experiences that utilize various delivery methods, including instructor-led, experiential, online, and mobile learning. Aids in the organization and execution of educational programs; oversees logistical arrangements and scheduling. Conducts train-the-trainer sessions, pilot programs, and leadership training as necessary. Chooses suitable training and performance support components for each solution, such as instructor-led training, web-based learning, virtual instruction, and on-the-job training. Develops instructional materials including training manuals, demonstration models, design templates, multimedia aids, storyboards, tutorials, knowledge articles, and reference materials. Clearly communicates project scope, progress, and requirements to all relevant parties. Oversees the creation, delivery, and quality assurance of effective instructional content. Investigates and recommends innovative training methods tailored to the specific needs of adult learners.Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience with Learning Management Systems and a commitment to staying current in the field. More than 5 years of experience in Web Design, Multimedia Training Design, and/or Instructional Design. At least 5 years of experience in facilitation. Over 5 years of experience in delivering training and designing multimedia learning solutions and classroom-based education. More than 5 years of relevant industry experience, with insights into the needs of front-line workers. Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in Training and Adult Education Theory. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in communication and writing. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Access, and other software/database tools, including SharePoint. Proficient in eLearning and SCORM-compliant web development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, Articulate 360, Synthesia, HTML, and audio-visual technology. Experienced in project management techniques and tools to oversee multiple projects, define and achieve milestones, and communicate challenges while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule control.Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.Employee Benefits
