About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Machine Learning team at Databricks. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that empower our customers to unlock the full potential of their data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop machine learning products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with our engineering and product management teams to ensure that our products are technically sound and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on machine learning and AI.
  • Strong portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
