Sales Learning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Learning Lead to join our team at Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC. As a Sales Learning Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our Sales field.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding training programs for the Sales division, focusing on new hire development of technical and selling skills.
- Design training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with key department stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, adult learning certification a plus.
- 5+ years of sales and training experience.
- Proven experience in Sales learning and development, with a focus on designing and implementing impactful learning experiences.
- Strong knowledge of Sales operations, including customer service principles, sales techniques, and operational systems.
- Proficient in utilizing the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective training materials and adapt content to different learning styles.
- Must have professional facilitator skills to engage the audience and course correct when needed.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the workweek.
- Understanding, consideration of, and the ability to apply Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels with professional maturity.
- Ability to be a proactive self-starter, able to build plans, and empowered to work independently as well as part of a large team.

- Ability to simplify, streamline, and clearly articulate processes through clear communication and easy, practical application.
- Salary: $68,640-$75,000 with an annual bonus of up to 10%.
