Job Title: Radiology Tech / ARRT / Multi Modality / Interventional Radiology

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a Radiology Tech, you will perform a variety of technical procedures, including M.R.I., CAT Scan, Routine Radiography, and Angiography. You will be proficient in two areas, including Radiography, and will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of technical procedures, including M.R.I., CAT Scan, Routine Radiography, and Angiography.
  • Be proficient in two areas, including Radiography.
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Comply with approved standards in patient safety, radiation protection, infection control, and environment control.
  • Provide an environment conducive to safety and comfort of patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Utilize leadership skills in supervising students and providing feedback concerning their performance.
  • Train fellow technologists in their particular modality.
  • Have communication and problem resolution skills and be a professional role model.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
  • Maintains current American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT) certification.
  • State of Texas General Radiology License (Texas Medical Board).
  • BLS from the American Heart Association (or obtained during orientation) and maintain certification throughout employment.
