Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Exceptional Emergency Centers. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with our team of board-certified physicians and licensed nurses to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and examining tables to obtain optimal views of the body.
  • Practice radiation safety techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
  • Administer and consent patients for contrast procedures.
  • Fill out paperwork and ensure proper documentation in patient charts.
  • Maintain awareness of departmental and operational policies.
  • Assist in the maintenance of equipment and perform quality control procedures.
  • Explain procedures and treatments to patients and answer questions.
  • Provide safe transportation of patients to and from the patient care unit.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • At least 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience and CT experience.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Current State licensure.
  • Current BCLS Certification.
