We are seeking a skilled Radiology/Imaging Technologist to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our medical imaging team, you will be responsible for operating ionizing radiation-producing equipment, developing film using the PACS system, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
Key Responsibilities- Operate ionizing radiation-producing equipment, under licensure from the Bureau of Radiation Control through the State of Texas
- Develop film using the PACS system, prepare exam rooms, and gather supplies for ordered exams
- Ensure equipment is in working order and clean
- Assist the Radiologist and nurses to ensure the correct exam is performed in a safe environment
- Utilize the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement
