About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Human Capital Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative and transactional tasks related to human capital transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Processing: Support the processing of personnel actions and records management, working closely with the Talent Acquisitions team, Transactions Specialists, and Benefits Specialists.
  • New Employee Orientation: Provide administrative support for new employee orientation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Offboarding: Assist with offboarding processes, including updating records and notifying relevant parties.
  • Routine Personnel Actions: Process routine personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience within the last 5 years, preferably in human resources or a related field.
  • Education: GED or high school graduate required.
  • Skills: Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, vision, dental, and retirement plans. Employees also receive generous paid time off and holidays.
