Job Description

"The Customer Service Admin handles daily administrative duties such as reporting, typing quotes for various departments, inter departmental communication, contacting customers for additional information, and helping out in departments where needed or requested. Key responsibilities include handling daily administrative tasks, submitting hourly reports, data collection/entry, typing quotes, contacting customers, and assisting departments as needed.">

Requirements

"To be successful in this role, you'll need strong administrative skills, good math skills, and the ability to handle pressure/deadlines. You should also have great communication skills and be able to get on the phone when necessary. With at least 5 years of experience at one job and no job hopping, you'll be well-suited for this position.
