Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sage Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash transactions, handle guest accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
