State Farm is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Science Manager to lead our Direct Marketing team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing test and learn agendas to drive the evolution of direct marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test and learn agendas to drive the evolution of direct marketing channels.
- Create comprehensive measurement plans and implement a unified business intelligence solution for direct marketing channels.
- Take charge of leading the direct marketing team and fostering their motivation.
- Proven experience in direct marketing and experimental design, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of direct marketing channels, including email marketing, direct mail, SMS marketing, and other relevant channels.
- Proficiency in designing and executing experiments, and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Competitive salary range: $126,500.00-$263,125.00
- Potential yearly incentive pay: up to 15% of base salary
