We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Benefits Intern. As a Benefits Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team to analyze and improve our benefits processes, develop new methods of reporting and presenting information, and build partnerships with business leaders to provide consistent and cross-functional service to our associates.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze departmental process improvements and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date benefit data and reports.
- Collaborate with HR business leaders to develop and implement new benefits programs and initiatives.
- Provide support on special projects related to benefits and HR operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group.
- Strong analytical skills.
