Job Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and services to our clients. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Windows Operating Systems
  • Utilize Role Based Access Control (RBAC) to determine client network access
  • Coordinate hardware delivery, maintenance, installations, and upgrades
  • Perform software installations and remediation to ensure application reliability
  • Responsible for account management, including password reset and account maintenance
  • Create email accounts and change status in Active Directory
  • Monitor, manage, and secure employees' mobile devices
  • Provide user support for network and desktop hardware and software complications and training
  • Diagnose IT and network problems and recommend and/or implement solutions
  • Implement Virtual Desktop infrastructure for virtual desktop management
Qualifications
  • Basic Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant experience
    • U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Secret (or higher) clearance
    • Comfortable working in and assisting clients through service desk software and remote access desktop programs
    • Experience working with various Microsoft Windows operating systems
    • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with clients
    • Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • 1+ years of proven experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge and services
    • ITIL foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices
    • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
    • Industry-specific certification may be required
