Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle requests for room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that all necessary supplies are available.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
